I purchased a pair of shoes which was a little small, I requested the RMI, which was granted. The shoes were returned and after three weeks I called and got no answer, I left several messages still no one returned my call.

I sent an email requesting a refund or store credit, I get a reply that it's still being process. Well a month has passed and I sent another email asking when will the give the store credit or refund.

There is no response from them at all.

These people are crooks, they won't refund your money or give store credit. This is a total ripoff of the consumer.

AMI need to shut Down!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $26.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ami Clubwear Cons: When i call i always get a recording and not a live person, No one returns my calls only a recording.

After I expressed my anger about the company online, they sen me an email saying I have a store credit only a portion of what I paid. Not good at all, now wouldn't you think they would give me a code to use for the store credit. Never ever buy from them!
