I reached out to Amiclubwear on June 10th. Two of the three pairs of shoes sent were defective.
The strap that went across the toes were not straight. Rather, they were tilted at an obvious angle. After emailing pictures, then sending the shoes back to the company as proof that the shoes were defective, they refused to refund me the full amount, claiming that the strap is normal. Please look at the pictures and tell me whether you think that the strap is right.
Rather they deducted the cost of the return shipping of the shoes from the amount that I paid and refused to provide me a refund entirely.
They would only issue me a store credit. Why would I purchase any more shoes from them when they have proven to distribute defective merchandise without taking any ownership for it?

Beware - no items no refund
I ordered 2 items for the first time on July 8th, 2016. I received one but not the other, and still have not and they refuse to issue a refund after saying they will.
I paid via PayPal (which they did nothing to get my money back either). I have been in contact with Amiclubwear Support for months now. A few weeks later I received my first item but the second had gone on backorder and was out of stock. To this day I have still not received the second item.
When I ordered my second item, it was in stock. I first issued a complaint with their support center on July 25th for a refund. I was told I could be issued a refund on July 28th. I responded on July 28th trying to get a refund after being told I could cancel at any time and receive a refund (which I was trying to).
On August 15th they ignored my request for a refund after saying they would give me one and said they do not know when the item will be back in stock (which I wanted a refund). On September 23rd after never hearing back from them again, I again asked for a refund for the amount of the item and its shipping cost since it was still on backorder. On September 30th they sent the same message as from July but added "A refund request has been sent to our refunds department for approval on this refund. The request for a refund can take up to 15-30 business days for approval.
Once the Refund has been approved a refund will be issued back to the original form of payment and an email confirmation will be sent to confirm the refund issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to show back onto your original form of payment from the date the refund was issued (depending on the processing time by your bank/ credit card provider)." So my understanding was as of September 30th a refund for the item I was charged for but never received was in motion. Wrong. I still have not received a refund for the item or its shipping cost (since it never shipped).
On November 19th I emailed them again that I never received an email notification of my refund to my original payment method or that a refund was received. On December 2nd I was told the refund was flagged with upper management. After twenty-six days and nothing happening I emailed again and filed a complaint with PayPal (that went no where and did nothing in the end). On January 3rd, 2017 they responded, "Thank you for contacting AMIClubwear.com.
We're very sorry to see that you have been placed on the extended waiting list for the back order item said twice before. Unfortunately I received a update from upper management and at this time your payment information has expired and a direct refund cannot be issued at this time. You have the option to continue to wait for the back order item or to receive a store credit plus an extra $8.00 credit to use towards a future purchase. the refund amount was for $13.50 but with the additional credit you will get a total store credit of $21.50 would you like to receive a store credit instead?
We appreciate your time and look forward in hearing back from you." I paid with PayPal using a credit card and bank account that are all unexpired so their excuse my payment information has expired is a lie to keep my money. They knew right away months ago I did not want to be on the waiting list and wanted a refund, which they repeatedly said was in the works. Apparently they lied so now they "can't" issue a refund. As for the payment being "expired," that is not true because I paid with this PayPal account using a bank account or card that is still very much active.
If they processed the refund when they first said they would it would have happened months ago, but still nothing has expired. I feel scammed. Their support never responds, especially not timely, and does not do what they say they will, and I did not get one of the items I paid for six months ago. I do not want to wait for it or store credit because I do not want to shop there again after this - buyers beware.
This is dragging on to nearly half a year. I want my money back for a product I never received. That will probably never happen. I am very disappointed in this company.
If they said I could have it multiple times (and they were working on it) and their terms say I can have it, I should have been issued my partial refund by now. Beware, and never shop here.
I know I'm not! I want my money back on my account not on a store credit.

Literally just about everything you buy from their site isn't returnable. Everything you buy is always on some kind of sale and sale items can't be returned.
Also if you have an item under I think it was $12 they wouldn't return it anyways. We bought $125 in clothes and everything ran very small and was made very cheap. All we wanted to do is exchange for 1 size bigger in everything but now we are stuck with $125 in cheap clothes that don't fit. We are sick about this.
Please learn from our mistake and DON'T BUY from this site! We may call our credit card and see if they can do anything but I doubt it since that is their return policy.
If you do buy something from them do yourself a favor and look at the return policy and know almost everything you buy can't be returned. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE business!!!!!!

I decided to look for complaints about "Ami clubwear", when every discount/promo code I entered at check out was invalid or did not exist. Even the discount code from their own page "FALL55" was invalid!
Now that's SHADY!.....
They don't deserve a website! Thanks guys for sharing/warning.
