Not resolved

I was charged almost $100 for seven (7) items. I received three (3) items in the shipment with the additional four (4) items stating the quantity was zero (0) and the total for the three items ended up being about $30.

It all seemed fine, until I realized they still charged me the $100 and never gave me the additional 4 items. I have contacted Amiclubwear with the packing slip information, information from the intial charges, product numbers, etc. I have also offered to fax them the packing slip THEY SENT ME stating that the total was $30.82 instead of $94.78 and that only 3 items have been delivered, with no response from them.

I am contacting additional legal assistance because NO company should be able to charge for goods or services which ARE NOT DELIVERED. It is extremely unfortunate that it has come to this, but they are an UNRELIABLE, FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Same thing here exactly. 0's next to half of my products ordered on the invoice, yet no refund into my account, no explanation.

Of the four items ordered, they shipped me two items totalling $10, and didn't ship the two items totalling $70.00.

However, all $80 was withdrawn from my account and not refunded. I can't believe it!


They got me too. I went to their Facebook and sent them a message.

The response was that they have no way of checking the emails or phone calls. Wow!

They had no problem taking the money! I'm letting the BBB and my bank handle it now.

after being on hold for over an hour and lied to about no manager being in the building ..
